Michelle Duguay is a Certified Hatha Yoga Practitioner, teaching for more than a decade and a serious student of yoga since 1989. Michelle teaches the yoga program for the Stanford Hospital's Cancer Supportive Care Yoga Program, The California Cancer Care Center of San Mateo and The Cancer Support Community in Mt. View . She was introduced to Holistic and Ancient Healing, Yoga and Shamanic practices in her childhood. Michelle specializes in therapeutic and adaptive yoga particularly working with cancer patients. For many years now she has studied Ayurveda and Shadow Yoga under the guidance of Scott Blossom, L.Ac. Her dance and athletics experience, along with her study of many different religious and spiritual practices, adds depth to her classes. Michelle guides her students in finding health and happiness in life, peace and grace in their practice, and an inspiration to express these feelings in life. Students describe her as energetic, fun-loving, and compassionate. She is changing lives daily in a most profound and powerful way.
