Rev. Ellen Grace O'Brian, Senior Minister and Spiritual Director of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment, has been teaching in the tradition of Kriya Yoga for over 20 years. A mystic at heart she is also a poet and singer of devotional songs as well as a teacher of the philosophy and practices of yoga meditation, the path to mystical communion. She has been active in the interfaith movement for many years and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and interfaith events in the U.S. and internationally where she brings an emphasis on the underlying harmony of the world's religions. Rev. O'Brian is the author of several inspirational books, including A Single Blade of Grass: Finding the Sacred in Everyday Life.
